1️⃣ Registration Round – 1

• 📆 Dates: 09 May – 18 May 2025 (10 Days)

• 📝 Steps:

  • Quick Registration on GCAS Portal

  • Fill Profile, Academic Info, and Course Preferences

  • Pay Registration Fees

  • Submit Online Application

2️⃣ Document Verification – Round 1

• 📆 Dates: 09 May – 20 May 2025 (12 Days*)

• 🗂️ Steps:

  • Visit nearest Verification Centre

  • Get original documents verified (if required)

3️⃣ Technical Process

• 📆 Dates: 21 May – 24 May 2025 (4 Days)

4️⃣ Admission Round – 1

• 📆 Dates: 26 May – 28 May 2025 (3 Days)

• 🎯 Steps:

  • Log in to the GCAS Student Dashboard

  • Check offers from Universities/Colleges

  • Confirm one offer using OTP

  • Print the offer letter

  • Report to the allocated college with originals + 1 set of self-attested copies

  • Pay the fees and confirm admission via OTP

6️⃣ Admission Round – 2
